After work, but before you eat dinner and get lazy.


So you can’t make it to our 5:30 AM No Excuse Class… O.K. Here’s another option
We’re bringing the same program so you can do it after work....


This program is optimized for FAT LOSS!

See how a great program, a motivating instructor, and working out in a group can put the extra punch in your program. Men and women are welcome in this class—so get your hubby’s out of bed too.

Absolutely no charge for Fay’s Fitness clients.

The only thing you’ll be out is 45 minutes of sitting in front of the TV and some belly fat.

Ron and Barb will be running this class and you will get measurable results.

Program starts Monday, March 9th and runs on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. There are strength training and cardio components. The strength training session will be first and last about 25 minutes. You can choose to do the 20 minutes of interval cardio at another time if you like.
