 Even though we have been in the business for over 20 years, we are still learning. Recently, we have realized the importance of finding an eating plan you can both live with and that gets results. Many diets require you deviate from the foods you love. How long are you going to be able to stay on a diet that doesn't let you eat pizza, for instance? Also, different people have different reactions to changes in eating plans. Where one person may lose a ton of excess fat on a low-carb approach, another may not.
